Your presence ensures that the work within your team is carried out to perfection. You are the cooperating foreman who monitors the quality of the work within your team and the quality of the incoming goods. Together with your team, you ensure that stock is always available and of high quality.

You will therefore carry out the following activities:

• Picking orders, packing them and preparing them for shipment
• Sorting and palletizing customer orders for carriers
• Repacking items and applying labels
• Achieve and improve KPIs and targets in the field of processing speed.

Your working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

You also bring the following:

• you live near Schiphol-Rijk, where we are located, with a maximum travel time of 1 hour.
• you are available for 40 hours a week.
• at least 2 years of experience in a logistics/production environment as an operator where strict protocols are essential is a plus.
• you speak and write English easily and have no problems with it.
• standing for long periods of time is no problem for you.
