Responsibilities:

• Compiling complex financial statements for both international and domestic clients.
• Designing administrative processes and subsequently automating and optimizing them.
• Mentoring junior team members through engaged coaching.
• Preparing yourself for a future promotion to (junior) manager.

• Completed education in accountancy, business economics, or a related field.
• Preferably 2 years of work experience as an assistant accountant, specifically within the compilation practice.
• Experience with Caseware & Audition is a plus.
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English language.

• A salary range of €3,300 to €3,800 gross based on 40 hours per week, excluding benefits, depending on your knowledge and experience.
