Join us as a skilled Salesforce Implementation Success Specialist for the EMEA region, and be a driving force in making a significant impact through your expert advice and support.

As an Implementation Success Specialist EMEA, you will play a pivotal role as a hands-on FinDock and Salesforce expert during the critical phases of the customer journey. Serving as a trusted advisor, you will surpass expectations by delving into the customer's Salesforce configuration and customization, providing solutions and guidance for FinDock challenges. In essence, your role as an Implementation Success Specialist revolves around guiding customers through onboarding, delivering ongoing support, and offering strategic consultancy to maximize the value derived from our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers and partners in identifying and resolving technical implementation challenges, acting as a 2nd/3rd line of support.
  • Proactively engage with customers and partners in your region to ensure their success with FinDock, continually extracting maximum value from our product.
  • Empower partners and customers in your region to successfully implement FinDock by leveraging your personal expertise in Salesforce and Payment solutions, along with tools and materials.
  • Efficiently implement and configure FinDock features for customers, ensuring timely delivery and achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to the creation and enhancement of support, consultancy, and success processes and tools to meet the evolving needs of our rapidly growing client base.

Who you are
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce in a customer-facing role, preferably as a consultant, admin, or developer.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable interacting across different levels (both technical and business).
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Spanish, or German is a plus.
  • A proactive "getting things done" mentality.
