Are you a true persuader with the knack to dominate the market like no other? If so, we need you! At FinDock, we're on the lookout for a dynamic Regional Sales Director to lead the region Southern Europe.

As our Regional Sales Director, you'll be the driving force behind establishing FinDock as the premier payment solution in the Salesforce ecosystem across the region. Your mission? Forge robust relationships with Salesforce Implementation Partners and Account Executives to ensure seamless integration and optimisation of our solutions. Collaborate closely with both nonprofit and commercial organizations, understanding their unique challenges and offering tailored solutions to streamline operations. Enhance their efforts to build your pipeline. By nurturing partnerships with prospects and key ecosystem stakeholders, you'll be at the forefront of helping organizations achieve their missions.

Your Responsibilities as a Regional Sales Director are:

  • Cultivate a strategic, long-term partner network with a focus on relationships with Salesforce Implementation Partners and Salesforce Account Executives.
  • Propel pipeline growth and manage opportunities for customers in your region.
  • Achieve and exceed Sales Targets.

Who you are
  • Networking is your second name for obvious reasons.
  • Excellent command of the English and Spanish or French language.
  • Multiple years of experience in sales, you know exactly how to approach potential new partners.
  • You are very okay with pioneering as in this job you’ll have to figure out a lot yourself.
  • You are results-oriented. You are eager to achieve goals and targets and do not lose quality in the process.
  • You have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem.
