As a Business Development Director at SODAQ, you'll shoulder substantial responsibility by steering international sales initiatives within the Pharma and Chemical sectors. This role demands both hunting and account-driven sales strategies, encompassing inbound sales from cold to warm leads. Your clear and structured approach will initially focus on securing pilot projects while simultaneously generating your sales opportunities. You’ll have the flexibility to work from our Hilversum office or up to 2 days per week remotely, empowering your performance.

Who you are

To excel on your journey as a Business Development Director at SODAQ, we're on the lookout for individuals who bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience, fueled by a passion for key account management and business development.
  • A track record of thriving in the dynamic environment of the corporate world.
  • A background that’s rooted in the Pharma or Chemical industry.
  • Currently living in The Netherlands and in possession of a valid work permit
  • Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to confidently engage with a global audience.
  • A proactive and ownership-driven mindset, coupled with a keen ability to prioritize and manage your time effectively.
